In case you are new to Zoom:

If you are using a PC (which is the most straightforward way, and also with the largest screen for better viewing), you will simply be able to click the link and it will take you to a web page.  You don’t need to enter the meeting ID or password.

When you are logging in it will prompt you to select computer audio and camera - say yes to both if you want to be seen and heard.

Once you are logged in click into the right hand corner of top ribbon to go full screen. Other options appear along the bottom (move your mouse if you can’t see them).

When it’s time for the demo we will run through how to get to speaker only view (top right of the top ribbon again) and we will mute everyone except the demonstrator.

If you are using a phone or tablet you will need to have the Zoom App installed beforehand and then use the link to connect as described above.  Some of the functions may be in different places depending on what sort of phone or tablet you have.

If you are having problems – email: web-site@badas.uk with a contact number and we will call you.

Best wishes,

Meg
